Not that I want to go back to the Spanish Inquisition, or even Sharia punishment for offenses; but tell me again the rationale in allowing a criminal convicted of murder and sentenced to death, to have the right of due process in a court of law, and thus prevent the execution (unintentional pun) of a previous court ruling.........

How would one go about certifying the safety of a drug designed to kill people? I suppose they swab his arm with alcohol prior to the injection also. Next I suppose we will certify the safery of artillert shells. If this certification is a problem then maybe we should just go back to domestically manufactured rope.
One also wonders why with our modern forensic science it takes longer for a murder to get his just deserts than the time required to dig the Panamaw Canal?
