In contrast, the average private bus driver makes $9-13 an hour (about $20,000 yr) with no pension, or healthcare.

THEY EXPECT THE TAXPAYERS TO CONTINUE PAYING 100% OF THEIR GENEROUS RETIREMENT and want to ne able to strike if the union can not negotiate more for them. Selfish liberals.

The party is over for unionized public sector employees in Wisconsin. News Update: a similar experience will come shortly to a state, municipality, or small town near you. The days of uncontrolled disbursement of federal and state largess will soon be just a memory for public sector employees. It's no longer a case of weak-kneed bureaucrats losing the will to fight for the right to feather their beds, Wisconsin HAS NO MONEY!!!!!! The proverbial turnip has been squeezed dry of its lifeblood. Let's welcome unionized public sector workers to the real world of living within one's means.

It will be nice to have federal and state workers to have to work and add value as long as the private sector is paying for them, since that is who they serve.  The only reason they need a union is because "most" of them can not cut it in the private sector and need the protection of a union to raise their wages ... rather than job performance as it is in the private sector.

Unions destroy any work ethic people have, since working hard gets you no more than just getting by with the bare minimum.   That is why most A players do not work for the feds or the state.
