I came through CrossRoads this morning at 8 AM and again at 8:30 and the guys were standing around under trees in the shade. Just wondering what takes so long to get this project done. Am I the only one wondering whats up?

I agree it takes them forever. It is like the 280 construction ... I think that took 3 or more years to complete.

I think the cost is being shared between Russell and the county. When it is done it will be nice ...
