With over 325,000 employees, HP is planning a reorganization that will cut 10% of their workforce (32,000 employees).
Most will be in California since they are anti business, I am sure they will not care to lose even more business and tax payers. That way they can keep raising taxes and more will keep leaving and going to more business friendly states. Soon there will only be the liberal actors (and even a lot of them have homes in Florida and claim that as their home state to avoid California state taxes) .... I am sure they will not care if their tax rates go up to 80-90% to keep all the entitlement programs and defense of the illegals. After all no one wants to do those jobs anyway (even though they have the highest unemployment in the country), so let them stay and pay no taxes, but allow them to keep milking the system of every dime they can get.
I say, lets just give Southern California to Mexico since the borders are wide open anyway and illegals come and go as they please. Lets keep nothern california for their wine ... producers like a good bottle of wine and will support that industry.
Oh, lets not forget California is now a huge Pot growing state ... that was going to save them as well.
I hope these socialist liberals learn their lesson that their thinking does not work ... personal freedom and unlimited success is what has made us great ... not bigger goverment and attempts at distribution of wealth. That simply destroys the producer mentality if an individual feels there is always someone that will take care of them.

Here is an informative article from the latest issue of Fortune which describes the problems at HP. It will be interesting to see if Meg Whitman can bring the Company back to the glory days. They most recent product introduction was a tablet to compete with the ipad and was a complete disaster.
