I don't know if any one of you knew Rick? He was the Fire Chief for the Windermere V. F. D..  He pass away while body surfing in Mexico. 

There will be a Memoral at the Church in the Pines on Wed. May the 14th at 4 PM.

Passed away while body surfing...That would be fitting for Rick. He was in great shape and routinely rode his bike in the Ridge for fitness and for those who know the Ridge that was a feat. What a great person and he made such a contribution to this area. I'm sad to learn of his passing.
