I would like to have a load of rock delivered this winter for shoreline erosion control. The plan is for the stronger backs in our family to place the rock by hand so all I need is for the rock to be delivered. Can anyone offer names and numbers for a rock supplier? Any ideas how much a load would cost?
Thanks

I'm not sure where you're located, but I use T&T excavation on the south side of the lake (Eclectic area). Call John Turner at (334) 857-0157.

It's not the rock that holds the soil but what's behind the rock. You have to put fabric behind it or it will just wash out again.

Good point roswellric! The rock will be delivered after the water drops another foot.
