They said it was dropped so low this year for ramp improvements. Does anyone have info on when they will let it come back to the rule?

It has to be a substantial rain before it can come up any. They have power generation demands which continually pull it down.

They didnt have to drop the level for the ramp upgrades. They are pouring the concrete in large forms and pushing it into the water with bulldozers.
