What did I say about the markets being disconnected from reality? Economy going strong, unemployment at record lows, etc., etc., etc. and the market tanks. More talk of a pending recession than in a long time, corporate earnings are off, etc...... but the Fed goes dovish and the markets start to recover. Recession could fail to materialize, Fed could become hawkish again and there will be another downward movement. And all this irrespective of actual corporate earnings, PE ratios and the usual cast of financial data that ought to determine a stock's price. This is what you get from centralized power, especially in the financial system.
No wonder people are out there buying the dip like robots. It actually seems to work....until the music stops and the number of people and chairs will be so far out of whack that it will be ugly.

I'm just sitting tight. I'm not underwater on any of my stock values i.e., I still bought them cheaper than their current value.

im still trying to find FED's justification for "inflation"--super premium NON_ETHANOL at Nail's = $2.18--just because we have record employment is no reason to pump up borrowing rates--
