    Casey fell off the scafold and broke his neck. They asked his best friend to go and tell his wife. When he returned he had a case of beer under his arm.

   "How did you get the beer," his friends asked?

   "Well, I went to Casey's house and knocked on the door. A lady answered the door. Are you the widow Casey," I asked?

   "I am Mrs. Casey but I am not a widow, She said.

   "Bet you a case of beer you are," says I!
