   An a busy highway a man was pulled over by a Highway Patrolman.

   The man started to rant and rave and said, "How come you pulled me over? Every one was speeding. You were picking on minorities      

   When he calmed down the officer said, "Ever go fishing?"

   "Shure,but why."

   "Ever catch them all?"
