Lake Martiin Doc Co. for the pier & sewall ( you're too late for this year for the seawall) and Henderson & Coker for the drive if concrete.

Based on your previous post I may be a little late with a response but if you are still looking for quotes on a pier I'd like to have the opportunity to submit one.
