People who despise Bobby Cox and think anything short of the World Series Championship is utter failure. Actualy I don't despise them as I am a loving, caring, fuzzy all over kind of fella however, I wonder if the image they see in the mirror is as perfect as their expectation of others.

I agree with the things you despise and would like to add to it.

Buying teams--see the Yankees every year and the 97 Marlins.

Fishing Licenses. Its a frickin' tax to go fishing.

A pregnant woman waring Goochie clothing in the check out line at the grocery store with a baby in a stroller and three wild kids tagging behind, paying with food stamps, Leaving in a new Cadillac, stopping at the mail box at her Sec. 8 house to get her Goverment check , and feedine the 2 pit bulls.

That lady, except that she is purchasing two separate loads....one of food for which she hands over foodstamps, then a second load of beer, sony playstation games, dvds, cd's etc which she pays for out of a fat lump of cash in her purse....accidently dropping the keys to her new Escalade. Saw this yesterday, and was not at all surprised. Can anybody spell "welfare reform"? How about "means testing"? Can you buy condoms with foodstamps?

Adults who think sports have any meaningful purpose other than to keep people from focusing on issues that have meaning and purpose....hence, the truth.
Fishing taxes DO stink. Someone's gotta pay Gary & the gang. You don't expect the Russell's to do it do you?
I love Winter. It makes me appreciate it's end and what comes after.
I despise people who are willing to sacrifice others in any respect to save themselves.

Sports= Entertainment, nothing more , nothing less. Focusing on issues 24/7 could make one very boring and a pain to be around. Lighten up.
