Last year during Hurricane Ivan the danger sign on the real high spot in the slough approching Chuck's Marina blew away. It has not been replaced, although a bit of the post remains above the water. Who is supposed to replace the sign? It is an accident waiting to happen.

It has been intentionally been unrepaired as a trap for unsuspecting jetskiiers. Even the law hates'em....:) I think the WP gets a bonus for every waverunner that gets stranded....or something like that. Double bonus if one sinks.....if I'm not mistaken.

You are so right Deepdiver. That is why I keep telling people the Southeast part of the lake is closed. I am only doing it for their safety.
