That's all I know.

I heard most were presold.

The lot around Natchez that the Summer's bought last year was sold a few weeks ago to someone from Palm Beach (tired of hurricanes!) and it will also be developed...

Too much development if you ask me....

It's called Water's Edge. The condos are going to be 3 and 4 BR units some loft ones as well. 48 Resort condominiums starting at $650,000. Going to have common boat barking along pier and boardwalk, on site boat storage, a Las Vegas-style swimming pool, a playgound, 3 hot tubs and grilling areas with cabanas on site. It will also have 2 tennis courts as well as walking trail on 8.5 acres.
