I hate to turn the tide away from controversial issues but we are in need of replacing our heating and air unit and would like to be refered to someone with an imagination and willingness to do a good job. If anyone has had a good experience with a reputable company in the area, please let us know!

I used Gordon Heating and Air 5 times in four different homes. If I still lived in AL I'd be using them now. They clean up and make sure things are right. I never had noisy vents or ductwork.

Mr Gordon (or at least his employee) hooked my mothers hot water heater up backwards. Hot to Cold and vice versa. When he came back out to fix it, he tried to charge her. I had pulled the hot water heater outside the previous day because it was leaking so he stated he could not tell which pipe was hot and which was cold....

I'm not sure who to call now but Gordon is off my list.
