Looks to me like they reduced the releases from Harris to refill it. It went down a about a foot and a half while we were going up last week.

If the lake was a swimming pool with an impervious lake-bed, you'd probably see a higher lake level response to the modest rain event that morning. But the dry lake-bed 'sucks' part of the inflow thereby offsetting what otherwise would result in a higher lake level. When you water potted or bedded plants you get the same effect until the soil is saturated.

Thanx to the good management of Harris and Martin dams during a winter that has rendered below normal precip in our watershed.

looks like they are still sending us water and keeping Martin Dam shut down . 483.9 and rising slowly .
