Great game of two well matched teams. A lot of excitement, food and beer. My team won which made it even better. But that is because lived in Pittsbugh for 4 years (78 - 82).

Agreed it was a great game, probably the best since the Titans lost by 3 inches. I said before the game there were three keys: 1) put pressure on Warner which we did not do very well or at least not consistently (but the holding on Harrison is over the top and needs to be called more often); 2) keep Fitzgerald out of the end zone which we did in the first half but not in the second....he is fun to watch; and 3) don't lose the turnover war. I predicted 27-10 but since we only managed 2 of the 3 keys its not surprising it was closer. I have to admit I did not hold out much hope that the offense could come back and score with 2:45 left. Glad they proved me wrong.

By the way, I grew up in Washington, PA (30 miles south of Pittsburgh in the 70's and 80's during the glory years. About the only good thing about the area at a time of shifting economic circumstances.

I was in Bethel Park, then later in Upper St Clair. Not far from where you were.

I thought that first touchdown that turned in to a FG was going to come back and bite them. I did not think his knee was down before he scored.
