The owner, John, contacted me via e-mail regarding my most recent post. He apologized for my wife's bad experience and stated had he known, he would have corrected. His goal is 100 % satisfaction for his customers. He also informed me that his waitress gave us bad info, as he no longer marinates with Dale's Steak Sauce. My wife and I thought that this was a very thoughtful and nice thing to do,so we will be going back. The service there cannot be beat. Thank you John.

I stopped by there Thursday night...sat at bar..ordered some cheese sticks to go with my Coors Lt and enjoyed it very much...took home a cheeseburger for rhogacam (which I sampled) and it was also delicious. John made a good hire with Lynn of Niffers fame...she is fantastic!!

You've got to hand it to a business owner that takes the time to contact you -- so many others would have just let it go and written you off as a "complainer". Obviously, they deserve to succeed. And you'll reward him with your business.
