Under the 10th ammedment states can invoke states rights related to any action by the federal government that is not mandated under the constitution. 9 states have already passed bills that they will opt out of the Obama care program. 12 more states have proposals on the table. So with potentially 21 states saying they will invoke states rights, why is there even any discussion still going on about a national healthcare plan. Nuts.
This belongs at the state level. not the federal level. If Obama wants to pass a program for the small percentatge without healthcare (exclusive of illegals, which his plan was going to cover), I would possibly support that as long as it was reasonable. But a national program run by the federal government is wrong.
