Interesting results from the latest Zogby poll.
"The latest Zogby Interactive poll of 4,518 likely voters conducted from August 28-31 found 48% disapprove and 42% approve of the job Obama is doing. The poll found 75% of Democrats approve of Obama's performance, a drop of 13 points among Democrats from an interactive poll done July 21-24 of this year."
Again, Zogby goes after likely voters like Rasmussen and the results are very close (Rasumussen has him at 45% for at least somewhat approving of his performance or better and 53% disapprove). The trend continues but what is interesting to me is his loss in approval among likely Democrat voters. Possibly some fallout over the flip flops on the public option, Afghanistan, blue dogs abandoning ship or most likely a combination of all three.
Some good news out of this for Archie, 86% of liberals still approve, although that is a drop of 9%. African American voter approval has likewise dropped by 9% but is still very high (I await Archie spinning this as somehow implying I am a racist.....he apparently knows what's in the hearts of all us white conservatives.....nod, nod, wink, wink...). Also, his disapproval numbers are down slightly from the last similar poll as are his approval numbers.

that it is not worse. But definitely an indication that moderates are seeing the light. The 86% of liberals still have their rose colored glasses.
