APCO said they were raising the lake to 463 and get on schedule, it's going down, I wonder why?

I really hate to B#%?! About it but...... And since my daughter has been fussing for over a week because I haven't gotten the boat ready yet (cause I don't have enough water) here goes.
I went back and looked. When we flooded this year, they drew Henry down, roughly equal to our flood level. Lay and Mitchell stayed mostly level. I have one simple question:
Why?
I know the un-seaonsably warm weather has got us all wanting to be out on the water. And if we go back a few posts, I'd still rather be here than anywhere else. But we have some mighty fine lake days we could be using. Spending our money, buying gas, all that economy stimulating stuff. I know April is the month for rain but by my calendar, April is almost over. Come on folks, put the plug in already!
I feel better now.
Peace,
<><

Papa, if you can find that statement out by APCO it actually said they had permission to keep it "up to 463" and really said nothing about that they would. The entire statement is off the website now anyway so who knows what is going on.
Only logical thing I can think of is they really cannot control the levels as mmuch as they think they can and with the storms coming today and tomorrow they dropped it down in anticipation. Seems like last week they lowered it a foot by friday morning and it was right back up saturday morning.
We will still be out this weekend..... TC come on down......

We will be out on Sea Doo's, my boat is still wraped up from winter. I need over 463 to get it to the pier safe. We have rode Sea Doo's 2 out of the last 4 weekends with no problem except trying to get them loaded back on the trailer at Lakeside 2 Sunday's ago, there were so many fishing boats coming in it was like NASCAR
