Just came from Louies Grill. It's on the dam road about a mile from 231 on Hamby Drive. Good stuff and I will go back. Steaks, some seafood and I think the have some nightly specials. Kinda like Mikes but a little better room. Peace, <>< TC

I agree. Mikes, Pier 59 and maybe O'fells is all we have though as far as I know. I don't think O'fells has boat access. I haven't heard anything about Clear Creek in a long time. Are they still open?

Mikes and Louies are about the same except for water access.

Peace,
<><

Louise's are previous owners of Even & Odds. Last two times I went to O'Fell's it was not good. The Tavern has good food in the front & in the back at the Sports Bar but still no water access

Is the place at the park in Lakeside landing still open? We ate there last year and it was good but they only have basics like hamburgers - hotdogs and cold sandwiches. Its on the water too

The Tavern is on 78 in town. Its good stuff. It's a bit pricey but usually worth it. I think now that Riverside has the marina built, you can get to The Ark by water. Long ride for you Steve but their food is great! Of course, you gotta brave the alligators but that's a whole other issue. Bring on summer! <>< TC

Huggie's is the new place at Lakeside Landing. Keith from D's grill owns it. he changed locations and the name. Great breakfast and lunch. The best news is if you call your order into them, he will deliver it to you on your boat if you pull up to the pier at Lakeside Landing. Just pull up and you never have to leave your boat. Can't beat that.

I heard last week one had been seen near goat island. I really don't believe that but you never know I guess. I have a good recipe. You clean it...I'll cook it. There can't be just one. If I remember my biology lessons correctly.

I was told that Coosa Island restaurant and bar will be opening soon. They have done alot of work building new decks and have been working on the interior for some time now. Rumor is that they may be having issues with the liquor license. Clear Creek is great. They have good food and Roy and his wife are always very nice. Tried Louies last week it was pretty good. Menu was a little bit limited but maybe it will grow. Ofells has a new sign on the dock now for water access. Have not tried this place.
