I know it is a topic occasionally on here but looked back and don't see any info for last several months.

Does anyone have a reco for an individual (prefer not to have a chain type service) who cleans houses on lake...in Windermere area? 

We only need periodically--almost monthly, so would not be able to use someone who requires monthly/weekly. etc.

Problem is with Facebook Lake Martin Q&A is everybody wants to refer themselves.

First hand expereience referrals is what is really needed - not self referrals.
