Sign on gate for Martins Landing phase 1. Knew it was a matter of time. Anybody know anything? I like up permitting company, Stewart Perry. It looks like they do mostly commercial work?

I'm surprised it took this long.  I looked at their website and it does not list residential development but also do civil work so they may be doing the infrastructure and not the homes.  Those lots are primo and will go quickly.  Sadly I think this development will start right in the middle of stagflation and may be two years too late.

I don't remember how the last map ended up but Pleasure Point has ALWAYS been designated public access/recreation.  Unless they swapped it with some other land close by it should still be public asccess.  I would like to know if someone can let us know if it was swapped in the last license.  I know there were a LOT of negotiaitons over the issue of public access.
