Today my wife and I left the entrance to Sandy Creek and headed up river. We saw many dead catfish, a couple of Carp and one Striper Bass between there and about one quarter mile up river from the entrance to Bay Pines Marina. We did not go south of Sandy. Does anyone have any idea of whats going on. Thanks

The excessive heat has depleted the oxygen level of the lake water and the lower level of oxygen leads to fish kills.

 The situation with dead fish continues as of Aug 9, 2022. I'm glad to find others reporting this issue as I was unsure if there was something seriously wrong with the fishery. Thanks for your posts!
