I wish them the best of luck as I doubt the revenue stream is there to justify the improvements that are needed.  Hope they got it all for a dollar because if they have to service debt it is going to be a rough slog.  I really want this golf course to succeed but am not sure how it can.  Time will tell.....

Semi-profitable golf course in my neighborhood in Birmingham sold a few years ago, new owners decided that building homes on the property would be a better investment.

In my 47 years of bank lending, I never had to foreclose on a golf course OR restaurant, simply because i would not lend on those types of properties
