Sounds like one of those "fair foods" where they offer fried butter.... Some things just aren't meant to be fried. But, if you decide to try it, let us know how it is.

Way too early for FRESH corn. If you pay $.50 an ear for corn today, you can bet it is not fresh corn, and tastes likewise. Just like "Vine Ripe" tomatoes in January, or "garden Fresh" sweet potatoes in August, or "Sugar Sweet" peaches in April?
Nope. Not.
As painful as it is, just wait for the season to provide the good stuff, locally.
