I am looking to buy dockable lakefront property on Lake G. I was talking to some locals, and I was told to ask about "hydrilla" or something close. Some kind of underwater vegetation. Please let me know the significance of this. Also, some type of spider that is prevalent that leaves a mess on boats. What is the reason for concern of this spider? Also, what is the time frame to get TVA approval for a dock or boathouse? What is the size limitations on a boathouse? Can you have more than 1 story on this boathouse? Are small (4 seat) seaplanes allowed to take off and land on the Lake? Any help that can be provided to help me with my lake purchase will be greatly appreciated.
