less congested boat ramps

fished harding for first time saturday morning, 5-5-07 caught 7 bass all from 3/4 lb to 2 1/2 lb, came back sun afternoon and discovered the boat ramp swarmed with ski boats, pontoons, seadoos,etc. wondering if there is a less congested ramp on alabama side, i launched at halawackee creek off of hwy 379. also if there are any good areas to find the big fish, i fished the points in front of the dam on the gerogia side both days and got 5 in the boat sunday but none bigger than 1 1/2 lbs.
