Anyone been out on the water yet? I haven't been out on Lay but did go to Lake Martin for church camp with the kids on spring break. My son and I flipped the canoe and let me tell you- THE WATER IS COLD! The fishing activity on our lake has picked up.
The home sales appear to be down and we have a surplus of homes for sale on the Talladega side. There are 6 for sale on the water within a mile of my home. I have thought about trying to sell and move up with rates so low but it appears that no one is buying.
