I am on lake near Oskars, LMOB etc. I had a carpenter that I have used for 30 yrs. and had planned on hime helping me complete our lake house. However, he has gotten ill and is going to retire. I need someone who will work with me to complete the upstairs (stairs are in) and to put a sunroom off the bedrooms downstairs. I want someone honest and reliable. Any suggestions?
