Wife andI are coming up to the lake on Monday the 30th and want to stay as close to the lake as possible. We will be towing our boat to do some fishing and will be on the south end from the hightway 63 bridge down.
Anyone know of a hotel/motel or cabin rentals in the area? Will be there three nights. Heading home on Thursday the 3rd.

Check the rental icon up above. We stayed at Creekside Lodge last weekend. They are pretty nice. It is in the Blue Creek area. Not sure if your boat will go under 49 bridge???

LSUboy;
Thanks. Ck's the Rentals tap and we have set up reservations at the Burke Cove Lodge for the nights of the 29th and 30thof June. Perfect location, I'm thinking, for downlinning live bait for stripers. At least we're hoping so.
Anyone want to offer specific information about the fishing down there I would sure appreciate it.
Jack
