A bit windy but the I-pilot trolling motor kept me on the deep brush piles. Caught 30, kept 21 and 8 bass (all thrown back). Females are close, thought the males needed more time to develop. All caught on 1/16 oz minnow head crappie jig, white plastic w/chart tail. Presentation was a verticle jigging, minimum movement. 8-10 feet down seemed to be the majic depth today. Did not get on water till 10 am, bit was over around 1pm. Seemed that when the bass moved in, crappie moved out.
These crappie jigs can be purchased at Blooms and Bait in 1/32 & 1/16 oz sizes with #2 sickle hooks.

No, blue creek, water temp was 58-59, water clarity was a little stai ed, wind was 10 mph, fishing in 14-20 feet of water. tried another area with gin clear water similar conditions and nothing, you can see down 8-10 feet and no wind.
