Give lakeman credit for this test. You have to exceed 18 seconds in order to operate a power boat over 25 MPH. My personal best was 42.516 seconds, but it took over 20 attempts. Age has taken advantage of my hand to eye coordination. He says fighter pilots have to exceed 2 minutes.
I expect some record numbers from the "Go Fast Boat" Boys. I am not going to accuse the Ladies of the Forum of being "Fast", but I bet they will do pretty well.
Here it is.

3rd attempt 78.36 seconds and 4 beers later.
Actually those with high speed internet and stealth computers over 2.gig processors should have an advantage as their mouse and internet connection should be more responsive.
But that was pretty interesting.

Happened to me the first time as well, that is why I was saying the faster connection and stealth computers may have any advantage.
Anyway, here is how to correct the error. Wait till the page fully loads and there is a yellow error icon down in the bottom left hand corner of your browser. Then click the reload button in the upper toolbar of your browser, the page should refresh and should work fine.
Hope this helps, as it is interesting.

Test Results Thus Far

Based on Feb's statement - 18 seconds to 25 MPH ratio that means every second you survive the test equates to 1.3888 MPH, so the test results thus far are as follows:
Feb 42.515 Seconds = 59 MPH Chevy 36 Seconds = 50 MPH Maverick 78.36 Seconds = 109 MPH Cat 17.8 Seconds = 25 MPH Bigfoot 18.5 seconds = 26 MPH
Overall results thus far - CAT is no longer able to pilot the cat. Therefore, I will give him 3 options:
Option 1 - CAT sits in the copilot seat and I drive the cat. Option 2 - Cat drives my "go slow" pontoon (actually I will have to govern it down a little for Cat) and I drive the cat. Option 3 - I call Gary and show him Cat's test results
Go ahead CAT take your pick, LOL.

Do not know what happened. Just back back from taking my daughter to Soccer and there were all these strange empty posts and I have not had a single beer. Sort of crazy as I checked the site before I left and all was OK, nothing strange.
Think Cat has hacked the site and getting back at me for my earlier post "Test Results Thus Far"

What happened is not hard to determine. Multiple posts can occur when you attempt to adjust the test results to appear to be better than the CAT. To repair will require that you open the back of you PC and remove the IG capacitor and replace it with a newer model IG205647 that is considered a supercharged unit. It you check the Cathouse web site you see that CAT will be glad to help you out. Just remeber, picking on the CAT is like picking on your mother in law. You can never win--- you just hope to get even!!!!!!!!. Or then again, the CAT is really a blonde named JIM. Just ask JAWS!!!!!!!!!

o.k. In 10 attemps, I managed to get 54.108. I will come in and try again after supper. If all goes well, I'll have to supercharge the CAT engines. Up until now, the wife has told me no-way will I make the cat go faster, if I can manage to prove to her that I can handle the added mph, maybe she will say YES......... Now, what speed do I qualify for at 54.108? I dont have calc. here in house.

You are up to 75 MPH, still better govern the Cat.
Feb - On third attempt yesterday I got up to 185.6 seocnds or a little over 3 minutes so am I now qualiifed to fly a fighter jet?
At 1.3888 per second that calculates to 258 MPH.

You stated "Just remember, picking on the CAT is like picking on your mother in law. You can never win--- you just hope to get even!!!!!!!!. "
Think I have in fact have gotten the best of Cat -- It is killing him that he cannot beat my score. Glad Cats have 9 lives as he may need them by the time I get through with him.
Reason being is -- we Chatted tonight on Live Chat and all the words he used could not be posted on the Live Forum as he would seen the FBI message about every other word.
Just teasing you (stiirrin the puddin) CAT.

For the rest of the Forum. Cat and Mav have the same first name and are about the same age. Beginning to wonder if they are one and the same.
Not true, but they both also seem to be "good people".

Great chatting with you guys and best of luck on the house Feb. If you ever need a place to hang your hat after demo fro a couple of days, let me know, as what a neighbors for.

Yes, Maverick did plant the Improvised Explosive Laughter Device (IELD). I came merrily down the road with both hands clamped over my ears, eyes closed and stomping the ground mightily (Sorry Big Foot) ahead of Cat Boat. Good thing the resulting explosion was a burst of heavy laughter. The only injuries were Mavericks aching ribs and my wounded ego. The intended victim (cat boat) remained fat, dumb and happy (figuratively and not literally). His primary concern for the evening was the retake of his boating reflex test.
