I've asked the same question and haven't gotten an answer. The Tallapoosa Cty EMA is set up at LM Baptist Church with the Red Cross w/free water, etc, but the State Troopers won't allow anyone that doesn't live off 34 to enter the area--go figure.

Glad to see that. Wish that were the case everywhere. Don't need no lookey loos nor looters. Too much to get done without those issues to deal with also.

I left for work from Pace's Point Road at the end of 34 this morning and there was not a road block. This was at 6 am so unless they come back today, I guess that it is opened back up-
