I know this is a silly question,but what would happen if the relicening were denided, drain the lake.,forbid anyone to use it.Sounds like a a silly goverment prosses to me,but what do i know.Just wondering,getting late.

Maybe APCo would have to tear down the dam and restore everything to as close to pre-impoundment conditions as possible.
