My wife and soon to be first child and I would like to look at real estate on lay lake. Can anyone recommend an honest real estate agent? Also can only recommend areas on the lake that would be closer to schools, parks, sports etc. We both work from home but eventually this baby will need to go to school : )

I can help you. I'm a real estate agent and I live on the lake. Where I'm at in Wilsonville, I'm only 30 minutes from Inverness on hwy 280. About 45 min to Downtown. I have lived on Lay Lake for over 6 years and I love it. Also, the appreciation of property has gone way up in the last year or so.I would love to help you find a lakehome.
