Congrats on challenging the ridiculous article in the Auburn paper touting the "Great" year on LM for real estate. I understand your points regarding the "off the books" sales and their potential impact but the article does NOT pass the sanity test. The same homes in the Ridge that were for sale six months ago or a year ago are, for the most part, still for sale. The raw land arguement is a little harder to disprove because of the way they handle things but it is insulting to see Russell influence a headline to read that LM has not been affected this year.
You seem to be one of the few OBJECTIVE agents out there...good for you!

Thanks, Bob, for the kind words.
I thought that article in the A-O was interesting, too. I would be really interested in Russell Lands' numbers, if they decided to be more specific, but, I affirm their prerogative not to publish.
