I know it is hot here and we all want to run our airconditioners. Although we sure are loosing water.it is just depressing after seeing the lake at full pool around Memorial day.

Heck, the AP website showed us 4 inches down y'day and we were a good FOOT and 4 inches down on Lay. Someone said they were trying to hold water on LM. That's great guys, I think we'll all get to enjoy the water for the remainder of the summer. I had hopes that we'd get the rain out from this hurricane but I think I'm being optimistic.

I hear ya Fr8. This summer has flew by. Less than a month until football season and it's downhill from there, 2009 before you know it. I keep saying that I'm coming up to LM but then I always wind up backin' the boat in at the house and taking off. It's hard to get motivated to pull that boat 30 miles when there's water in your back yard!

A foot and 4 inches down at Lay, when was that? It's showing practically full tonight. I can't imagine it rose that much today, but maybe it did.
I see we up a half a foot almost tonight.

The site never reflected us being down that much but the depthfinder don't lie. It was 1.3 feet lower than it usually is at the end of my pier and the site showed us being down 4 inches.
