Carlton Yearwood built my house and I am happy with the result and his commitment following completion over two years ago. We had a problem this past summer with some of the stone veneer on the foundation and he got the guys back out there pronto with no hassle to us. Contact Yearwood Construction.

What size house do you plan to build? Different builders specialize in different size and type homes. The timing for building now is great. Prices per square foot vary greatly based on finish details. I have a friend that is finishing a house in a new gated subdivision on the lake that spent $133 per foot without a garage. This is pretty high end finish details (hardwood, granite and wood beams). This home cost $87 per foot to frame out so the floors, fixtures and other details add a good bit to the cost.
