What a pleasant surprise to see Eclectic bustling with people and several new stores opening. Trade Days is a great idea, and the fresh fruit and veggies, wonderful cakes, and of course the ice cream is perfect.

My surprise was to have a great lunch at the new Mexican Restaurant Mi Pueblito Grill which has just opened. I had a Fajita Quesadilla which was great. Other people in the restaurant were expressing their pleasure over their meals also.

Actually there are 4, Country Kitchen has the BEST breakfast anywhere around, wonderful everything.

the new little cafe that has opened next to the warehouse, and the 2 mexican restaurants.

I love it too and still eat there several times a week! You can't beat it for the price and I LOVE the atmosphere...
