We had suspicious activity last week in the Poor House Branch Marina area just off Henderson Lane, late one night we noticed people on our pier around 3:00 in the morning , there were 3 boats tied to the piers but only have noticed life jackets missing at this time and one line that was cut was a boat tie down, the dogs were barking and when we yelled they jumped back in thier boat and took off toward the main body of the lake. ________________________________________

There was a boat stolen from across the lake it was a old camo duck boat they cut the ropes and pulled it away under the Honda Dr bridge down blue eye creek to some mobile homes . Lincoln police found it several days later but all the gear and motor was gone. Thats only a few miles up the rd from Poor House

When I post these notices they are directly from the Chief in Pell City. I get Emails from his Dock Watch program and just pass along the info. If this happened around us we would not report it but just bury the bodies in a field somewhere. just kidding
