Received this information from Alabama Power concerning the amount of rain we had. Depending on upstream flows, are trying to manage Logan Martin around the current elevation of 460.3 until flows peak, at which point it will go back below 460. If something changes they will let us know.

The last LMLPA that I attended the APCo Rep stated that they had applied for a new
winter rule of 462 ft.Is that still in the approval stage or has it been denied?

LMLPA requested the 2 feet change at the beginning of the relicensing of the impoundment and was endorsed by APCO. The request is still there however the relicensing is still in the process because of the Corp of Engineers rewriting their water manual and continuous interjections by outside groups. LMLPA is still supporting the deviation to the winter level and will continue to do so.
