Can Obama pardon someone who hasn't been convicted?  If not, draw the legal proceedings out until after the inauguration of the next president, assuming the Dumbocrats won't elect someone about to be convicted of multiple felonies.

22 messages that contain Top Secret, Special Compartmental Information have been identified.  Hilary says that there isn't anything for voters to worry about, and that the FBI and the IG are just making political theatre.  She'll use the argument that the documents were not properly marked and there was no way that she could know they should be classified. 

Disgusting, but I doubt anything will come of it.  Hodja is right  - they will just draw this out.

I seem to remember at the end of Bill Clinton's term he pardoned a bunch and one or two were still on the run, after their wife had made a large contribution to one of theit "charities" of course.

He did.  But I think Hodja is right - you have to be convicted in order to be pardoned.  Now, I guess he could refuse to have her indicted.

If the FBI plays it straight and their report includes damning evidence, such a move might well be the proverbial last straw that keeps crook Hillary from succeeding the crook that is in the White House now.  The Dems seem to be backing away from her lately, or at least no longer are they wildly enthusiastic about her candidacy.
