I think this is the wrong time to sell. Property value is just about to explode. Many people are looking for lake property instead of beach property these days.

What do you men, "ABOUT to explode"? The value of lake property is exploding right now! However, I predict it will level out soon. If the value of lake property continues to rise at its current pace, before long only the super rich will be able to afford anything.

I have used Lisa Hammond for several transactions over the past 10 years. She is one of the most professional people on the lake.
I hav bought and sold several places on the Stillwater/Sandy Creek area and there are none better.
