Anyone familiar with these condos? Located somewhere in the general Chuck's Marina area. Were these ever built? I'm not on that part of the lake anymore so I don't know. They had been listed on the MLS site since late fall '05, and very early '06. They seemed to be the one condo development not selling at all. 39 unsold listings dropped off the MLS site somewhere during the past ten days, while the 8 marked as sold are still there.

The last time I drove by there it was in the same condition it has been for over a year- site was cleared of trees but no construction has started.

There has been a new seawall added. Other than that there's no visible change. There was rumor of problems with "too many cooks in the owners kitchen". Don't know how true it is.
