Health Department has some pretty stringent criteria now. Not like the old days......I was going to bring the Burger Boat back to the rock (my Mom used to run it). Had a meeting with the Health Department before investing and it was clear they do NOT want any kind of floating food service on the lake. Unless, of course, you have a whole lot of money to put into it, more than the business could possibly return. Good luck to anyone thinking of a floating business.
