Can you imagine what a simular development here would cost? The price point seems extremely low even for Logan Martin.

Sound really nice. Why don't some of you move there? I have a list of folks I would like to see make the move.....lmao.

I hope it works. It's less than a mile downstream from me and right across the river from the last great development to go tango uniform, Lincoln Harbor. It'll only help my property values.

Does not sound like there will be a lot of waterfront homes, some will have a "Mini Lake Lot" just what is a Mini Lake Lot anyway? It also says there will not be many children yet they will have a waterpark, why?
