First let me say as a teacher of customer handling and retention processes, I think the best complimet a business can get in today's business enviornment is that they are "too attentive" and I know most of you would agree. My sense having eaten at the Mexican place in Dadeville, a great stop after a round of golf at Stillwaters, is that they are working realy hard to grow their business. I hope they never loose that enthusiasm and I will continue to support them because of this additude.
On a second note, our cabin is in the area around Veaseys and I wondered if Christopher is accessable by water and about how long of a boat trip is it from our area?

It is acdcessable if your boat will go under the bridge. It only has about 3-4 ft clearance. How long depends on your boat. A slow pontoon will be about 1.25 hours, a fast boat 20 minutes. Look on your lake map at Blue Creek. Where HWY49 crosses is where it is located.

Thanks, I thought I remembered some one telling us about the bridge situation before. Can you dock anywhere close and walk?

If Veaseys' is close to Parker Creek, and you can make it to Christophers' in 20 minutes, I do not want to be riding with you. No way, Hosea!

That would be a CATBOAT ride for sure. I meant to say 40 minutes which would still require a pretty fast boat and smooth waters, which you won't get on any weekend. And of course knowing where you are going helps a lot too. It is easy to miss a turn in Blue Creek and have to do some back tracking.
As for parking elsewhere if the bridge is an issue I can't say for certain, but I have heard taht Blue Creek Marina will allow you to park there and walk to there or Niffers. I have never tried myself, but then again, I have had to go hunt someone down there to pay for the gas I have pumped and they had no idea I was there. Probably different on weekends though.

Well worth the ride or drive. Amazing to have such a great restaurant at the lake.
