As I said in an earlier post, I am involved in helping businesses, partcularly automobile dealers, in developing processes to retain their customers. I would be very interested in hearing from you folks as to what your pet peeves are when visiting a dealer service department as well as what you you would like to see the dealers do to make your visits more of a positive experience.

I will certainly look for your responses on the forem but would ask that you use in all fairness, my email if you are going to refer to a poor experience at a specific dealership.

I'm sure I can come up with some input on those issues! Are you mainly looking at the service end or is the buying experience part of your venue? I'll send you an e-mail sometime.

I would never intentionally violate the spirit of the forem. That is why I included my email address.

What are your qualifications that make you capable of implementing policies and procedures ( I think I spelled that wrong) at automobile dealerships? Do you have many years experience in the auto arena, or do you consider yourself a consultant based on education and what you believe yourself to be good business practices? Maybe I missed a previous thread, if so, excuse me.
